SCHIESQUARE: SPACE FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP

SchieSquare is being developed at the former location of Sandvik, ideally situated between the ’s-Gravenlandseweg and the Van Heekstraat. It offers entrepreneurs in the mechatronics sector ample opportunities for creative entrepreneurship, bolstered by the positive energy of the other entrepreneurs at MICS. 

FLEXIBLE UNIT DESIGN

In total, SchieSquare consists of four business units that can be used separately or combined into a single large building. Within each unit, users have complete freedom to set up their space to suit the needs of their specific operation. Due to their flexibility, the units are not only perfect for today but can also accommodate the growth and changes of tomorrow. 

MULTIFUNCTIONAL

SchieSquare's ground floor will be home to a flexible and multifunctional business space. With its abundant natural lighting, the space can be used as an extension of the offices, for production or R&D or even as a showroom. This multifunctional space can be closed off from the adjacent business space, which offers myriad possibilities for e.g. production and storage. It can also be used for workshops or even cleanrooms. SchieSquare's representative offices are clearly visible along the ’s Gravenlandseweg and the Van Heekstraat.

IDEAL ACCESSIBILITY: INSIDE AND OUTSIDE

The building's shipping area is centrally located. Each unit has two ground-level doors and two loading docks to facilitate optimal processing of goods. The parking level on the roof of the shipping area is accessible via a ramp. This parking level can accommodate approx. 226 vehicles. There are another 27 parking spaces at ground level. A flexible mezzanine floor also provides access to the offices from the parking level.
